"Went to treat my two granddaughters to a Happy Meal and while the food tasted fine, I was disappointed with two things. 1. we were not brought nor were we even offered any condiments and 2. I was hoping to have my granddaughters enjoy some sort of play area that McDonald's was sorrt of founded on. You know Ronald McDonald, the Hamburgler and Grimace but there was nothing but 1 table with lights which believe thst I also saw had a Handicap sign on the side."

"I am not sure what's the issue with this McDonald's but wait times in the drive thru can last up to 30 minutes even when there's not that many cars. Coming here during lunch and dinner hours is especially the worst. Can you call it fast food if the food doesn't come fast? Even the Cane's store next door has a faster food service."

"Store CAN NOT handle their remodeling. The least they can do to improve their poor performance is offer curbside pickup. But ofcourse, they’re not offering it. And please don’t pay online because your wait will be 30 minutes, the length of your entire lunch. To make matters worse, the app won’t let you cancel your order. If you happen to ask the manager for assistance you will find she does not know how to talk to people appropriately."
