"Ridiculous the time they take to make 1 drink. 2 people when they open and they don’t care to hv a line 1 on his own world. If you come when they open and one car in front of you, you need to wait at least 10 min if you come anytime after that and more than 1 car expect to wait 20+ min to get your drink. I like the drinks but I stopped going to SB they took for ever to assist you and here same thing.oh and they throw away lots of cups for each ingredient they use they utilize one new cup and just throw it away."
"Really enjoyed talking with all of the drive thru attendants. The full menu wasn’t physically posted before ordering, but our order taker was very helpful for the first time customers in the vehicle. The only suggestion I’d make is to have full menus installed where the lanes begin, rather than just the promotional items. Excellent service and beverages."
"I am not a review guy, but this one definitely needs one. I'm a veteran and spent my Veterans Day weekend with the flu, so it's been a week. Finally getting over it and needed some tea for the throat. Placed my order with a sweet lady (green bangs), opened my wallet and wouldn't you know it: card is not inside. Fitting for such a week to be honest. This young lady didn't have to but she told me not to worry about it and gave me a tea. I'm not a coffee shop kinda guy, but that girl got Dutch Bros a loyal customer. Thank you for your act of kindness."
"Love the coffee and the people at the window are nice but the ordering process is terrible. The two lane thing doesn’t work. There is no order window just an employee coming to personally take your order which is fine if there is someone outside at all times. People constantly cut and when someone does come outside to take your order they don’t know who was first so they end helping the cars that came after the ones that have been waiting. It’s frustrating and it honestly stops me from visiting as frequently as I would like."
"Tonight I left a bit disappointed, I usually love my Dutch Bros ,I get there trainees need to learn but as I'm watching them make me a drink I noticed they didn't make enough so she added an exaggerated amount of ice. My wife's usual was also a obvious mistake as it was a cold drink given in a hot cup. Just seemed way less. I prefer my experienced Broistas make my drinks. We have many choices popping up so I hope they do better if not I will explore elsewhere."
