"My family hosts picnics here annually and it always turns out well. Lots of picnic tables and shade. There is a nearby lake that you can rent canoes, kayaks, and peddle boats from. Plenty of restrooms available. Family friendly. Just wish there were a playground of some sort for young children."
"I have been fishing here for over ten years. In my opinion the lake has become really grassy the shore line for bank fishing is tall with grass or plants . Early morning bites was good at one time now you can wait 2hrs and nothing. I wonder if they still stock the Lake"
"This place was a beautiful, unexpected surprise! My mother had a wonderful time fishing. The park was clean and ease to access. They have almost everything you need there. Snacks, boats, fishing license, tackle and bait. The scenery was just beautiful and serene. It's a nice place to go to just to get away from the busy city."
