"RUDE, RUDE! Girl took my husband’s order through the drive through. My husband usually never orders food but the one time he decides to from church’s he got nothing but rude service from MICHELLE G. He asked for a 10pc meal and Michelle told him “that’s chicken only” he then said “can you please add mashed potatoes?”..once he drove up to pay he asked if it came with biscuits she said in a rude tone “LIKE I SAID…..” rude! I’m not one to write reviews but Michelle needs to be trained on customer service. Maybe if you would promote your promotions on the drive through intercom it would lessen the amount of questions customers have. DO YOUR JOB MICHELLE"

"They had always been really bad with getting the orders correct, missing items , and never having certain sides or original chicken which was understandable and bearable but this time they crossed the line with a huge long and disgusting hair embedded in between the batter and chicken Right at the top of my box. And when I went to return it nobody in that place had a hair net…last time buying there I would rather drive ALL the way to San Eli’s churches IF I ever want chicken again after this gross encounter which I highly doubt."
