"$100 wasted the fried Fried Calamari was dry and way overcooked to the point of rubber, the Lobster Ravioli came with four raviolis and didn't even taste like how you'd expect a Lobster Ravioli to taste, the Spaghetti tasted like it came from a jar and not a good quality jar, and lastly my Strawberry Cheesecake slice was wrapped in plastic and just wasn't good even Jack in the Box serves a better cheesecake. The only good thing was the Garlic Bread with Cheese, but even that was unbiteable. I really wanted to give this place the benefit of a doubt because their Neapolitan pizza and tiramisu is absolutely delicious, but it was really that bad tonight. We just called and the manager was extremely rude in his words "We've been here awhile and never had a complaint" and "It must be your bad taste". As someone who works in food service and knows how it can be I understand how difficult it can be sometimes, but I'd never talk to my customers the way you spoke to us on the phone. The door dasher was absolutely amazing and kind though."

"Food was great. I had the chicken Napoli and it was better than expected. The order took a little while to come out of the kitchen, but that simply means they were preparing it fresh. Service was friendly and polite. Would recommend to anyone looking for good pasta and service."
