"Normally I have a great time with this chipotle. No problems. But the last two days, my order had not been ready at the time I set to pick it up. Normally, I wouldn't have minded, but these two weeks, I am on a crammed schedule. Yesterday, I had placed an order and did not get it until 15-20 minutes after pick up time, but it was busy. I still made it to where I needed to be, no problem, I understand. Today, I come in for my order. It's a ghost town, and my order was not ready at the specified time. The person making the pick up orders was not back there, I got someone's attention as I was waiting. I'd understand if it was busy, but it's before lunch rush, this place was pretty empty. Again, I was waiting 10-15 minutes after my designated pick up time. Don't get me wrong, the staff is great and service friendly, but the waiting after my pick up time is inconvenient especially with the time crunch. I still love this place but I'd hate to see it become unreliable with pick up times."
"Rude attitude. Like you don't want me here. Roll their eyes sigh. It has not served the right size. For 11$ I'm not coming back here again. The one back in Nerbska was so much better. Update This is a common occurrence. I'm going to find whoever is in charge of this area and tell him about this. We should not be scam on post."
