Rollin' Smoke BBQ

"It has been a couple of months since the last time I stopped by. I just want to say the owner is doing an amazing job with not only the food but his employees. Every time we stop by they are just the most kind and sweetest to us! For sure a hangout spot and a way to satisfy an appetite for some good smoked meat and delicious stuffed and bacon wrapped chiles, my favorite! Can't wait to get me some again!"

"Yet another bbq place not worth the drive or cost. I left hungry and wish I spent my money else where. (See my desert oak review) Cute establishment I liked the simplicity of the interior atmosphere. Brisket and baby back ribs moist as well as tender, nice bark and lended to the bbq sauce if you wanted to add some. The sausage is definitely just Johnsonville rope sausage so that was disappointing. The potato salad was tasty but was very much prepackaged tasting like the deli potato salad and the serving size ridiculously small came in a container you'd usually see for condiments. The waiter was polite and attentive. Portions small for the price. Selection sadly limited for a Saturday evening and it was on the empty side which speaks volumes. I liked that they had caguamas that was fun. Then I made a restroom visit. It one tiny bathroom in a back storage area which was horribly messy. I don't understand why they can't make the bathroom nice. The plumbing just out there to see, rusted toilet paper holder, tiny mirror cardboard on the window and I just cracked up when I saw the huge Dawn bottle for soap. Honestly the worst bathroom ever I've seen in a restaurant. It was scary."

"This is definitely a BBQ joint you would like to try out. Food was fine: my Dino Ribs (beef) was tender and juicy, while not well seasoned (still think that The Great American cook the best Beef Ribs), Pork Ribs were fine (according to my friends, better than Famous Dave's), but the chicken basket was bad...... Can tell it's defrozen meat. Having said all these, I like how they set their BBQ stove "literally on the street", the smoke just get the ambience up and going in the way a BBQ joint should be."

"Our First time and will surely return. Food was delicious. Brisket was absolutely moist and flavorful. The cheese macaroni was awesome. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend this bbq spot."
