"While I was in the Carrizo Springs for a business trip a local referred me to 5D Steakhouse for lunch. Wow! My wife and I were pleasantly surprised. The food was great the service was great and my wife and I loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area. We can't wait!"

"They brought me everything hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The food was pretty good, I liked the garlic mashed potatoes and the catfish. The drink menu was full of rum type drinks, I’m not sure if that’s a summer thing. Service was good."

"After sitting and reading the reviews I got a little worried about what to order. I ordered the little Texas burger. It was decent and came out hot. Couldn't tell if the burger was from frozen or not. It was thick but very perfectly round burger. So frozen or cooked in a burger ring. Either way it was good. A little heavy on the jalapenos so I took some off. Overall it was a good burger and I wasn't disappointed in my choice. Service was a bit slow to the table. But at least my food was nice and hot. Nice little place."
