"Today I went to the subway on 6301 19th Street Lubbock tx literally the worst experience I've ever had and the ladies that work there in the past were always great with their customer service today I dealt with a so called manager by the name of Ashley and she was the worst.. I waited at the drive thru five mins so as windy as it was I thought maybe I had to move up to window no one was in line but me. The young lady came to the window and told me next time to wait at the drive thru til she answered I sat there cause the way she came at me was beyond rude and unprofessional I have had workers tell me one min and I will be with you and I will wait no complaint so I reversed waited at the sign and she came on I told her she was beyond rude it's common sense like I didn't know I wasn't suppose to move from where I was at she said I was making a sandwich I said okay that's fine but she was rude and disrespectful she definitely can't be a manager she had nothing of that on her.. she said are u going to order or argue I moved up to the window waited an additional five mins she came and said you going to order or not I told her look I've never had an issue with the young ladies she said well she was busy I told her I understand she said the wind was blowing her drive thru window and I told her I understand but that's at all fast food restraunts right now. She proceeded to be rude which caused me to get more angry Ashley don't need to be at that job if she don't know to do her job I recorded the entire incident and I literally should post it cause she don't need to be working at this job she needs a job with no interaction with human beings since she don't know customer service she was a straight horrible she don't need to be working there hope y'all fire her or I will post this video to the world and show how y'all hire unprofessional people"

"San Angelo Subways need help. The restaurants are understaffed and incredibly dirty. Employees need to be trained. Hard to believe health department hasn't done anything about the cleanliness."

"I just visited the Subway at Federal road and Interstate 10 today in Houston Texas and while wearing my mask because of this Covid pLandemic ,I noticed the Mexican family ahead of me being helped at the time and the parents were wearing masks but NOT their 3 kids. The Mexican woman behind the counter kept griping for me to put my mask back on but yet ignored me when I was asking the reasoning behind these kids not wearing one . Covid is NOT a pandemic ,just a man made flu ,no more deadly than the common flu so WHY the hell are we wearing stupid idiotic masks?"

"Shameless people. I canceled the order but they didn’t return the money. Called them 7 times and they still didn’t have a decent response. Jim, Robert are the most disgraceful people I have spoken to and are the most shameless of them all. They just lost a regular customer. Hope nobody has to go through any issues where they have to deal with these bunch of unsavory people."

"I came to pick up an order at the subway store on 4414 82nd. Very displeased with the operation. We placed an order online, went to go pick it up, and they said they didn't have it. I left and brought a copy of my order to show that I did in fact place the order and paid for it. They still said I never came through. I had to argue with them to get my order. Not happy at all"
