"I ordered a spicy five strip meal from this place, they tell me it's a 4 minute wait. 15 minutes later they finally give me my food, go home bite into the first strip, the breading outside is cooked but the chicken itself is raw, check this next strip same thing, check the next strip same thing. They literally made me wait 15 minutes to get cooked breading with raw chicken inside"

"I picked up a DoorDash order for a customer, which means they already had the order come through on their side. I went in and the older woman working said “it’ll be about four more minutes.” That’s fine, but then I heard her have to remind the guy on fry to start the order twice while I was waiting there. Ended up waiting 15 minutes for the customer’s order (5pc tenders and a packet of honey). Another customer also came in having to ask about her drive thru order as she had been waiting out there for some time. Another came in and waited at the counter and the staff entirely ignored him. Ridiculous."

"My wife and I are visiting from Houston. I cannot support an establishment with HORRIBLE customer service! We walked in and was not greeted or acknowledged by the young lady in the front or what seemed to be a manager wearing red in back playing around with an employee. A simple “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would suffice and allow me patience and grace. However, standing for several minutes without a greeting is UNACCEPTABLE! I’ll take my money elsewhere."

"Order 2 chicken sandwiches and both were under cooked and raw. Had to cook in our microwave so we don’t get sick"

"I spent over $20 for a 2 piece meal and a 4 wings meal. The chicken was the smallest, thinest, driest chicken thigh and drumstick I’ve EVER seen. It was inedible. The red beans and rice were the smallest portion I’ve ever been served and were lukewarm. I didn’t eat them either. My granddaughters wings were dried out and lukewarm. The burnt dried out object is a Strawberry Biscuit. I bought 2 of them. They couldn’t be eaten either. Hands down this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes."
