Chicken Express

"I normally don't give reviews,. I dont know about any other day but today ,This location I have to. Customer service is few and far between now days. The customer service at this location was awesome. It's the little things that matter. Being acknowledged when I walked in, prompted service food was ready. I dropped my coins the lady taking my order come from behind the counter and picked up the 2 cents I dropped. Sat down to eat. Decided to go to an out side table being such a nice day. Another employee came to assist me to help with carrying my food or opening the door. And as I was finished with my meal another employee seen me walking to dispose of my tray and offered assistance to do it for me. It don't seem like much to some people. Over all. Was a great accomplishment of a customer presence to make a great welcoming experience!!! Well done!! I feel like spending my money here."

"Have been to this location multiple times and the order is always wrong, cold, or both. But today was my last time ever going there. Ordered a spicy tender meal and after driving off realized they were regular strips so I turned around and went back through the drive through that I already spent 45 minutes in. Couldn’t go in because the lobby closes at 5pm… they swapped the chicken for spicy chicken, and gave me the same burnt roll, and same cold potatoes and gravy. When they took the strips out of the first box, I watched them put them back into the warmer to serve to the next person. Keep in mind this is after they have been opened and in my vehicle for about 20 minutes. So gross to think you have to worry about being given food that someone else has picked through and already left with."

"Absolutely ridiculous I understand it's new years eve but really! The first time we come the young girl forgets to give us one of our drinks and gallon of sweet tea we had to tell her she was forgetting it & then she treated us as if we were lying, she had no kind of manners then we get home after getting our food and we're missing one of our sides we come back and tell them at the speaker, we have to wait almost 30 minutes to get up to the window for them to say we're waiting on the okra REALLY! our food is cold now and our dinner is ruined. They definitely do not go above and beyond for there customers and it shows big time in there service!"

"First you have to wait in a long line in the drive thru for your food because the lobby close way too early. Then the worst part have a 20-30 minute wait your food is still not hot nor fresh. Fries taste like they were cooked yesterday, the chicken is cold. Food cost too much to just be such a waste. I used to love chicken express but they have been horrible the last few visits. I will not be back."

"I am sitting in the drive thru line at 6:30 pm, out in the street. But it's my only option because they closed the lobby for un known reasons. I'm watching a bunch of kids playing more than working and I'm wondering where's all of the adults. If you don't want to let people eat inside at least let delivery people and people that are in a hurry go to the counter and pick up their orders. This is ridiculous!"
