"This experience was amazing. After a long day I went to Autlans not expecting much, yet I had an amazing time and the people were super interactive and the food was amazing. Bartender by the name of Trey I believe was amazing. Always asking me about my needs and being super sharp about my orders. Overall an amazing experience and amazing bartender."
"I rarely give a five-star, Every Restaurant has room for improvement, and every restaurant has a slow or bad day. Today, February 2nd, my experience was one of the most attentive ones I've had. The food, along with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant, was top-notch. Mariachi Night was absolutely amazing. Reading through some of the negative comments made me realize that some of the people doing reviews on here are only here for simply posting bad reviews. Every restaurant prepares food differently, different plates spices flavors, and of course food preparation. Looking at some of the pictures that are posted with the negative comments, I understand what they ordered they received. It is not that it was not prepared right, It was prepared for the customers' liking and then generated into a bad review. Come try Taqueria Autlan for yourself, and you will understand it has some of the best authentic Mexican Food North of the Border. If you're bored at home and do not want to cook. Come to Taqueria Autlan on Thursday night, and let them do the cooking for you. While you're out and enjoying your dinner, step up onto the stage for some fun with your favorite karaoke songs."

"Best testing Mexican food I’ve had in Lubbock. Chips and salsa were amazing. They have a salsa bar which is great. We ordered the birria tacos, plate of flautas, and then a Cali burrito to-go. It was all good. We went at 6:30 on a Friday and it was a pretty long wait (about 45 minutes). They had a live mariachi band though which was fun, especially for our kids. We will definitely be coming back!"
"Everything we had here was delicious. I love cilantro and that flavor really popped in the salsa they bring out with the chips, and they also have delicious salsas and limes at their salsa bar. They didn't bring a drink menu but there is a full bar. Service was good, and parking was easy. The menu has tons of options. I just wish I would've saved room for Tres Leches."
