"It may not be an appalling restaurant, but don't underestimate this place. The large ribeye with some extra rolls is a great meal for 2. The prices are fine, I don't know what's up with the complaints. These people actually know how to cook a steak with pink, but not too much pink. It just could use a dine in, but is an overall great restuarant."
"Ordered the small Ribeyes and grilled shrimp. No seasoning detected on either of them. Ordered the steak medium, closer to medium well, very tough. Not happy with that $40.00 dinner. ☹️"
"Ordered delivery at 7:20 and didn’t get my food until almost 8:40. On top of that when we did finally sit down to eat it, both mine and my husband’s food was completely inedible. He ordered a chop steak and could not even cut into it, it was so tough. I ordered the sirloin tips med rare and they were so overdone I could not bite into them and even rip them open with my teeth. We called the establishment back and they offered to remake the order and send it back out, but it would be another hour, which we declined because my husband has to be up for work at 5am. We asked for a refund, which they offered us, but stated that they would need to send somebody BACK out to our house to pick up the uneaten food??? They then offered to send a single dessert in place of our $55 order… extremely disappointing. Will not be ordering from steak express again."
"Tonight we ordered about $125 in food. Half way through our meal, We find a women hair in our food. We call and ask the establishment to make it right and please give us a $40 credit for next time. We order often from this location. They refused the $40 credit for next order and only offered to remake 1 burger. The only reason why i asked for a $40 credit was because after we found the hair, everyone lost their appetite. So now i have 6 burgers half eaten and in the trash. I always allow for a company to make things right. They had zero intentions of making this right. I have $200 in gift cards that i bought today and now I'm going to give them away. The manager and General Manager should've been more understanding! I will never order from this place again."
"Not sure, but it seems like the burgers are not hand-made. More like the frozen prepackaged variety? Tough. Nice and smoky and the veggies were fresh. Raspberry tea was plain tea. Gonna try the NY Steak next time. Both visits, the cashier brought my order to the car, so nice."
