"Dirty, rude, and got me sick. 2/13/24 7pm- Trash cans, fountain area, and tables were all dirty. I believe they had 6 people on staff and they were all behind the counter. The manager was rude when my fiancée ordered a kids meal. They seemed upset we didn't want to pay more for food we would end up throwing away. I was only halfway through my meal when I got sick. I thought I was to blame but then the rest of my group got sick as well. I had to go across the street to find a restroom because the men's room was locked the whole time we were there. All and all worst Chipotle experience ever. We loved this location because it's right next to our favorite dessert place but we will not be back."

"The mild salsa (the tomato pico salsa) was disgusting! I have no idea what happened to it but it was sour and tasted completely nasty. I had it in my bowl and had to pick it completely out. My boyfriend thankfully had it in the side so he threw it away. This ruined the entire bowl. Both of our bowls had hard rice in it. My bowl ended up have way more hard pieces than my boyfriend. I was constantly picking the hard pieces out. My boyfriend’s bowl had chicken that was entirely too salty it almost made the bowl inedible. We did a pick up mobile order so we didn’t know this was going to bed the case until we were home. Tried to talk to someone through the app and never heard back. Really disappointing because this was our favorite location."

"I would give a5 for everything but a few things are annoying right now. My husbands meal came with queso on his bowl. I was asked if I wanted queso. I really didn't but I said ok just a little. Charged$1.70 extra for that little teaspoon. I would have said nope if I knew I would be charged. We bought two extra queso to bring home. We were just going to use it cos we had at home. We were charged $5.60 for two itty bitty maybe two 2oz containers of queso. Adding to our total bill. $7.30 just for a small amount of queso. RIDICULOUS. Learned my lesson don't buy queso anything. Will be back but not for awhile. This left a bad taste in my mouth. I should have said I'm no queso when I saw the size they were giving and the charge they were charging for it. My bad"

"I don’t know how, but I am 5 for 5 on bad experiences at this Chipotle on 82nd. Today though, was the last straw. Somehow you manage to literally forget Chicken in a Bowl. That is the most expensive part of the meal! I’m never eating at this place again, I’ve had under cooked meats, crunchy rice, and now they’re just stealing money from you with their mf’ing $20 bowls of rice and lettuce."

"This place was blown out!! At least 8 people working and they were out of all sorts of stuff. The dining area was trashed and no one was cleaning it. More concerned with online orders than anything else. Just had a worn out feel. And the portions were small. Honestly like every other mega burrito place. Nothing special."
