"They weren't able to complete my order because they didnt have some of the food items. They offered no solution. Would not refund me for the missing food or allow me to cancel my order. However, the shift leader came to assist and was able to make it right. All good in the end."

"Ordered drive-thru and the service was so slow and the manager was rude and wouldnt come talk to us when we didn't receive our full order. I had to go inside to get my food to get a refund. We waited 15 minutes in line to order and an additional 30 minutes to get our food and an additional 10 minutes for them to correct their mistakes. Person behind me also had the same experience, so it wasn't just me."

"I always eat Slim Chickens however I’m hardly on this side of town, but today I ate here and Sharonda helped me and my family out with picking the right family meal and even giving us cups for our gallon of tea we purchased. She really went above and beyond I even seen her walking around during her down time asking other people if they needed anything she could help them with. Will definitely drive to this side of town just to visit her again!"

"Bathroom where clean the one thing I hate is dirty Bathroom I don't like using them but when I have to im glad they don't smell and are well kept SHARONDA L IS AMAZING she greeted us as we came in was very friendly and asked How was our day was when ringing up our order she offered a family pack as you we would get more food for a cheaper deal and now a days that goes far im glad she was the one who helped us I will be sure to come back to this one if she's here"
