"The young girl working there evidently hasn’t been taught anything about customer service. She tried rushing me while making my sandwich. Then she forgot to toast one of my sandwiches. She then argued with me that I didn’t tell her to toast it. I definitely won’t be back there. Her attitude was enough to upset me, so I asked for a refund. She called her manager over the phone and I got my refund. This happened on Frankford location but the girl evidently works at the 19th street location. I definitely won’t be eating at either location!"
"Since the two girls that run the lunch rush started working there, the quality of service as well as the food quality has improved drastically. This is one of the best Subways in town!"
"The lady making the sandwiches seemed to be rushing everyone to order. She also was extremely rude to an elderly lady that was ordering after me. The lady could not speak very loudly and it seemed to really irritate the worker. Also, they burned her sandwich and when she asked them to remake it they told her it was not even burnt. Terrible customer service."
"I swear this location in particular has the same order accuracy of McDonalds from 2000-2020 from the 5 times I’ve ordered from this location they’ve literally have gotten 1 sandwich correctly or 1 out of 10 sandwiches. Edit: it’s also evident that there is a copious amount of “shrink flation” ie the sandwich’s getting smaller and smaller as every thing else in this year. Even with that said there is little to nothing on these sandwich’s which is no other than the store managers fault to try and raise the profit margins to look good for corporate. I guarantee that if I order the same exact sandwich at Jersey Mikes then it would easily double the weight"
