"I had a Uber eat order I called ahead and asked for a side of honey mustard that I would pay extra. a guy answered put me on hold then a women answered who I had to explain what I wanted all over again. Then of course when I recieved my order I didn’t receive the side I ordered. When I pay $41 for two entrees I expect better services. Get it together McAllister"
"I visited for my first time a few days ago. I was VERY surprised by all the options they had. They have a variety of large salads, soups, multiple sandwiches, and even loaded spuds. You should try this, you won't be disappointed."

"Ordered a pick 2 with a spud and a salad with a McAlister's club. Proceeded to sit in a filthy room with one other patron in the store. Somehow between ordering and sitting the same girl came out and stated they were out of spuds. Basically the whole reason we came. Same thing happened the last time we came several weeks ago. Why let us order in the first place of there were no spuds? It's 330pm so lunch rush isn't an excuse. It's empty except for 2 of us. No comp offered. This location is completely disasterous."
