"RIP. OFF. Against my better judgment I decided to try this place for the first time in years. I ordered a burrito bowl and paid $9.50 for the smallest portion size ever. Definitely not going back."
"Thanks for charging me 1.50$ extra on ticket, charged steak for chicken burrito by same person that made it. Pls verify order even if 1.50 may not be much to you, but done concurrently with other patrons or visits ...it is. Yes should have addressed this better myself, and did go in and inquire minutes after, but decided f it, mistakes do happen but online would have HELPED ELIMINATE issue of human error potentially, and would have only me to blame. Yes do not bother referring me to contact us page, did that for you already and corrected first submit."
"So far I've been very pleased with this location. I didn't mind driving to Quaker for Chipotle, but that is a little far when this one is almost next door. And I love the Chipote"lane" which they are always quick with and won't let people block you because they show up early and their food isn't ready. I won't say every bowl I've gotten was perfect per say, they do seem to be pulling back on the amount they give you, but outside of that, they rock it at this location!"
"Do not order through phone or online they never give you the alright amount of food this is by far the worst chipotle in Lubbock Tx do not order on line better chances going in and getting the right good and right amount customer service is rude rice is ice cold chicken is pink in the middle I am so frustrated. 12-14 Went back finally and should’ve took my own advice yet again let me tell y’all I ordered online got home, just to turn around and go back it literally looked as if I had someone’s left overs in the bowl . The manager remade the bowl and it ended up looking so much better I should’ve taken pictures to prove this point do not order online just go inside you will get the correct amount ."
