"Walked in today for the first time, excited that for one month of every year, Arby's sells a Fish Sandwich. There are 2 employees together, one leaves. I tell the other one, I'd like a Fish Sandwich. She says, I'm sorry but we don't have any fish right now. Why would I try another visit?"
"The first time we went in to eat we were the only ones in there and it took forever to get our food and not too friendly service. We decided to give it a second try because we saw so much on tv about the fish sandwich. We were told they were out of fish. Ok I’ll order a Rueben sandwich. Sorry we are out of Rueben. I said goodbye and ate at McAlister’s."
"Had a great time eating here. Food was hot and prepared just for us. The dining area was clean and inviting. The cashier did great even after having two other large groups order ahead of my large group."

"This store has a consistant problem of messing up two simple buffalo chicken sliders. My husband gets them and they seem to mess them up each time. They once forgot the chicken and there was cheese? Another time they took a chicken patty and cut it in half. Serious? A buffalo chicken slider is nothinf more than peppercorn ranch, and a tender tossed in buffalo. I worked at Arbys in Ankeny, IA for two years. I know what their sandwiches are supposed to look at. Their curly fries have also been served to us cold. It's like they don't care to prepare fresh food for their guests. Its disappointing. The store is clean but nobody atays to eat inside. i have also noticed the staff there isnt respectful. I remember sitting in drive watching a man and a young woman keep looking at me ans my husband laughing. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I was excited to have an Arby's in town but now, i want this store to close its doors."
