"We LOVE Slim Chicken! Great fast food with a country feel. Choose from super plates of chicken strips, or try a slims chicken salad with their ranch dressing! Their food is served hot with all of your favourite sides including macaroni and cheese, cole slaw or a serving of fries! We love eating here on Sundays too! If you have children you can receive a free kids meal with the order of another adult meal! Such of a great deal! Give them a shot of! And don't forget their delicious desserts! Try a 1.99 shake or one of their yummy jar deserts! Great deals at Slims!"
"The food is always good. The chicken is on par with what you would expect from any casual dining chicken place. The selection of sauces is great. Though not always consistent. The sauce flavors can vary from visit to visit. The wife loves the chicken and waffles. I just do the strips. The best part is the dessert in the Mason jar. They are all extra yummy."
"With so many chicken restaurants in Lubbock these places had better be on point. I've eaten at Slims in the past and it was good. This round not so good. They over cooked our chicken this time. It took a while to get get the food so I'm thinking fresh, but disappointed when it came out. Now not saying don't go here! Just I feel they need to be consistent on their product. I'll still go again. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was good."
"Placed an order online… Went to pick it up and when I got home it was ice cold!! Also, ordered pumpkin praline cheesecake jar and that was left out of my order!! When you pay $42.99 to feed your family you expect dinner to be warm and correct!!"
"Ordered for family game night! I ordered it the night before online and it was really easy to pick up! The chicken was HOT, the Mac and cheese was CHEESY, the ranch potato salad was really good! The only thing I didn’t love was the brownies, they were more cakey than fudgey but that is a personal opinion, they were still tasty. This fed 8 people with sides still leftover!"
