"Doris… now. How it ain’t got a/c in the joint? The food is simply mediocre. I had to go home and air fry my food done… the fried chicken has no seasoning and feathers all on the chicken , just sucks! My cake was burnt. The staff is cool tho…"
"Honest review. I must say that in my opinion the oxtail and neckbones are the best thing I've eaten there. The staff is real friendly and the dining area is really big and roomy. I ordered the fish dinner one evening and it was overcooked and looked like it was cooked in old grease. I went back and got the fried porkchops and they were old looking and real thin like breakfast chops. They were not cook to order. And the sides are not home made. In my opinion the cooks need to do better or the manager needs to check the food before it comes out."
"Wow! First time there, and it was amazing! Everything from the food, to the service. First off, let me bring up a couple of highlights that I REALLY enjoyed. That Mac & Cheese was off the charts awesome due to a slight smokey flavor, which is because of the smoked gouda cheese they put in it. Simply breathtaking! The okra.......the best okra around, simply because it was not over battered, and you could actually taste the QUALITY of the okra itself. Will definitely be bragging to my people about this place, and look forward to many returns"
