"First time at this location and terrible experience. No ice in either machine and no tea. Dirty tables all around and just dirty looking. Food arrived but without the chips and queso I ordered. The lady wasn’t even going to say anything. I asked and she “oh they are running behind on that”. I then asked for ice because the line at the bar was long and I didn’t want to stand in line again after the long line for ordering. She completely dismissed me asking for ice. I went to the bar and got some. Just a terrible experience. Don’t plan to go back."

"The food was fine. I will say up front I don't mind bussing my own table when I'm done eating, but in the past, employees would come by and get my trash voluntarily or we would leave it and it would be taken care of. If your policy has changed, then please let your customers know. My daughter and I were chased down as we were leaving and told we left our trash on the table and needed to clean it up. While this same employee was cleaning another customers table that had left their trash on the table. Don't single me out and embarrass me in front of the entire restaurant if you aren't going to do that to all of your customers. I will not be back."

"I went to Lubbock to visit my brother in law! And we went to this store! First of all the food is good but not for the price you pay for! Kind of expensive! They need better ideas to don’t give you to wet the taco! The tostadas and guacamole are so good! But the salsas need little bit of work! Definitely is an option if you can’t find real tacos in Texas! Is a friendly environment and many families there! Please try better cheese also as a suggestion!!"

"It was definitely a packed place on a Sunday afternoon. We were able to order and find a place to sit and eat. The service was awesome, and the food was delicious. I really loved the chips and salsa. Tacos were delicious and filling."
