"The new location on 66th and Milwaukee is now open! Apparently, the Fuddruckers on Slide Road is permanently closed. We hadn't eaten at this restaurant in a long, long time so when we saw it opened, we entered to eat. We arrived roughly before noon. There was no one in line, so no wait. We ordered two of the World's Greatest Offers for $9.99 each, which comes with 1/3 lb burger, fries, and a cookie..... drink not included, which we added for $2.99 per drink. It was good!"

"Me & my small family of 3 came to try and it was horrible and way overpriced. We spent almost $50 alone & we just got their small burger meals nothing special. The bun was way too big for the burger & not even toasted. The burger itself was tasteless. They didn’t give us very much fries. On my daughters meal she got skinny fries & they were not soft at all. Will not go back. I think the only good thing about the meal was the cookie! But a cookie is not worth $50. Will never go back."

"Ordered 1/2 lb hangover burger with wedge fries covered in chili and cheese. The buns are really tall. My buddy had their skinny fries and onion rings, the breading on the onion rings is light and flaky. The skinny fries have a good flavor and big salt crystals. The fry dipping sauce is like a spicy thousand island, spicy and tangy."

"Came to get a to go order and realized it was completely raw on the inside! They said I could get a refund so I came in2 days later only to be waiting over 20 minutes for the manager to come and assist and decide to leave since I was waiting a ridiculous amount of time for help. The employees were very apologetic and sweet, but management need to be fixed"

"It was our first experience eating at Fuddruckers in Lubbock, and I can honestly say my wife and myself were not impressed. When we entered the door, we were greeted by the cashier, which went well enough… courteous, patient, and helpful. We made our order, both building our own burgers (mine being a 1/2 lbs pepper Jack and mushroom burger and hers being a 1/3 lbs and American cheese burger). We attempted to find a seat after getting our drinks only to find the first 2 tables dirty and sticky. From there we enjoyed talking while waiting for food, which wasn’t much time at all. Now while the music was a bit loud for a pretty well empty dining floor, I can see its usefulness for peak hours. After we received our food, there just wasn't much to it… the portions were far from generous, the bun looked smashed and roughly handled, the meat while advertised as the best was far from it. It lacked any flavor of its own, relying on the cheese and premium topping to carry the load. My skinny fries were seasoned well although my wife stated that her wedges had a flavorless heat to them. All in all, I understand why the restaurant was extremely slow…. Between the lack of cleanliness, unimpressive flavors, and significant price tag (about $33 for two people without actually being traditionally served), it’s showing it’s colors as not being competitive with many other restaurants and chains in the same strip of town."
