"Here for a birthday celebration and national margarita day. As usual this place was hopping and a 1 hour wait for 8 was ok. Wish we could have made reservations. Dinner was good with new items tried, and drinks were spot on. Salsa was good tonight also, so kudos to all, cooks, wait staff and hostesses."

"Had a small issue with the food for the first time and it was easily and appropriately fixed. My complaint was we had to track down another waitress. We simply asked her to find our waitress because ours would look and run off. She didn’t complain she simply asked what the problem was and we told her and she took matters into her own hand and took care of us. If Marcy is your waitress, you better ask for another one. She is a complete joke. Especially to be an older woman in her mid to late 40s. Of course she got all nice once we asked for a ticket. Kept giving my husband refills but never asked me. They need to get rid of this woman ASAP. This is our favorite place in Lubbock."

"Love this place. I have never had anyone bad here. The service is great. Everyone is happy and ready to serve! It’s a breath of fresh air to get great service and be in a fun clean environment. The food is awesome I’d recommend the chicken fajita chicken salad or the chimichanga! Super good. Salad is a good size and will fill you up. Chimichanga could feed two people. It’s a lot of food. And don’t forget I get a margarita they are on point."

"Chuy’s has a great environment with several rooms that have their own individual themes, allowing the dining experience to vary each time you come back. And I will be coming back! The service is great and friendly and there are plenty of items in the menu that I would like to try in the future. Unfortunately, this time around the steak in my steak burrito was a bit charred ruining the meat’s flavor, but it is a testament to the quality of the other ingredients and sides that it didn’t put me off completely. I will give the steak burrito another try as I suspect it was a fluke this time around and the cheese and sauces were delicious. Their cheese dip options are delicious and, even though I’m not a fan of chunky salsa generally, their free pico and chips slaps!"
