"My lovely parents treated me to a lunch here. The light and breezy atmosphere is superb. The food is the "perfect" temperature per dish. The food is absolutely delicious, attractive and nourishing. The waiters/waitresses are courteous and very attentive to water glasses at the table. At this lunch, the Skyviews Chef even greeted my Mom when we exited the Texas Tech restaurant. That really pleased her, and she commented positively. My Daddy loved his dining experience there. And I am deeply appreciative for the sweet memories I have of Skyviews, 10/14/23."
