"I was under the weather today so I ordered Jason's Deli through UberEats. I got the smoked turkey sandwich on a croissant with onion lettuce tomato and olive oil. It was absolutely delicious and I love how a sandwich somehow always taste better when it's on a croissant and made by someone else lol. I also got the plain Jane baked potato with extra butter and sour cream. The potatoes are honestly usually better, this one seemed extra dry for some reason even though I got extra butter. It was good but it didn't blow my mind. I got a bowl of broccoli cheese soup and it was amazing, very smooth and not gloopy at all. I love Jason's Deli and I'm usually always very satisfied when I have it. Today honestly wasn't any different, I wish my potato had been creamier but it's not a deal breaker for me as everything else was very good."
"I order lunch from here at least once a week. My husband & I decided to order put for dinner this weekend. Extremely disappointed with the service. Last time I went the person asked if I'd like a bag for the 2 orders I was picking up & I overlooked them handing me the bag to do it myself as well as nit giving me the cups for 2 drinks. I only order tuna sandwiches w/fruit. Leaving off the fruit left me with half of my meal. When ypu live across town it's irritating. I called to see if I could get it added next time (willing to give them a chance to redeem themselves) and I couldn't even get anyone to answer the phone You can definitely tell there's a lacking in leadership & service."
"I am ill today so I ordered delivery. The baked potato was so hard I cannot eat it. The Mac and cheese, which I ordered to meet the minimum order threshold is also too hard to eat. Seems like the pasta was half cooked way under al dente. The potatoes soup was cold stone cold. Clearly taken out of the fridge container and put in Togo container. I can heat that and eat it, but I should not have to. This is unacceptable and inexcusable. I will never go to a Jason's Deli again. Epic fail"
"The only thing I wish was a cleaner ice cream dispenser. The staff was very nice the food tasted good. Big servings."
