Panda Express

"For some reason this location doesn't bother to provide any of the mixed vegetables. If you want it you have to wait 5 minutes to have it made up fresh. I'm ok with this, because I'd rather have it fresh anyway. This trip I waited long past 5 minutes, then the line built up and 15 minutes passed before I could get the counter person's system. I told them it was over 15 minutes and when they asked the cook for the vegetables they were sitting on the counter getting cold. Like what, did he think they asked him to make a special vegetable order for fun? Finally got my food 20 minutes after ordering. It was ok, normal Panda Express fare which is ho-hum at best but it was edible. They don't bother to make unsweetened tea either, so as a person who doesn't do sugar Or diet soda my choice was water. If you like Panda the food is no better or worse than any other location."

"Rudest panda I ever been to , like come on I paid almost 25 dollars for this plate and I get 3 shrimps like come on . They were extremely unwelcoming and just didn’t want to serve us with even the manger being there I would of understood if it was busy but it was extremely slow like three people there and no one in the drive through like come on I come here often I know a busy time but this was just sad and I swear panda just lost my business"

"I walked in the store an It took over 10 minutes for my order to be taken. No one was inside the store. No one was in drive through. Finally, I got my order taken when you sat down to eat. And all the tables were dirty in the entire store soo we left My wife was very upset because she loves Panda Express and she was very disappointed."

"It seemed when I got here nobody wanted to cook. There was a lot of empty dishes today. I asked how long it would be for shrimp or for chicken eggrolls they told me like 15 to 25 minutes. People were very rude. There was a long line waiting unprofessional had ate here in over two years and I decided to give it another chance I will never come back, it’s sad that you cannot get good service and West Texas or get people to actually speak the right language"

"The quality of the food has really gone downhill. It seems they are not making the recipes correctly because the last couple times I have gone, they barely put any chicken in the entrees. I love the taste of the black pepper chicken and they have started putting so much celery and onions that I literally got 3 chunks of chicken in the whole entree. As I am aware that some entrees you order will have vegetables, there should never be more vegetables than meat when ordering an entree. I guarantee they’re not doing he correct portions in their recipes because there should never be a full section of the box still completely full after picking out the meat. They also don’t ever answer their phone anytime I try to call either. This location is disappointing."
