"Really liked this place. They have many menu options, and everything I've tried has been excellent. The building and atmosphere are new, modern, clean, and open. They can seat a lot of people but it can get busy. The kitchen is professional and puts out some nice dishes with quality ingredients. I loved the french dip, pastrami sandwich, the soups, and salads. They also have fresh squeezed lemonade that is just right."

"A good chain restaurant with good food and a great variety on its menu. Nothing extraordinary or remarkable. We went around lunchtime. It was considerably full but we had no wait time. Our server Brooklyn was excellent and super attentive. The food was good and came out reasonably quickly. We liked the Tres Leches cake and their wooden oven pizza. Overall a good experience."

"The anular eclipse on Oct 14 2023 brought us to Midland, TX. Google brought us to Cork and Pig Tavern. After spending 11 hours on the road to come and see the eclipse, this restaurant was a very welcomed way to unwind and relax for the night. We ordered the Beef short ribs, the Trout with mashed potatoes and a 3 leches for dessert. The service was great and the food was awesome. I would definitely recommend Cork and Pig Tavern to any of my friends."

"Very nice place to eat in Midland. I got the double cut pork chop with mashed potatoes and it was a great choice. My companions got the steak salad and the Texas pork back ribs: the salad was good, but nothing special on the back ribs. There are plenty of options on the drinks menu, so definitely you'll find something that matches any preference. Service was good and the place was clean and friendly."

"Now playing see why everyone says you must eat here, i have been to Midland on business many times over the past few years and everyone always told me to try this place and we'll I finally did. I was promptly seated the host was friendly and accommodating, nice atmosphere and very clean from what I can tell, I like that you have a view of the back of the house and nice looking bar area. Anyways my server Brooklyn was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a Michelob ultra and their deviled eggs for an appetizer, I loved the deviled eggs as that was the first time I ever found them as an appetizer at a restaurant. They were delicious. I loved the bacon and they had a nice spicy finish to them, but not too spicy. For my entrée, I had a double cut pork chop, seasoned with herbs and topped with a bourbon sauce. It wasn't overbearing, served with a spaghetti squash that was cooked perfect. They had lots of great menu, items and choices, and I can't wait for the next time that I'm in Midland to stop in here and try something else off the menu. The bathrooms were clean and just the overall experience was great. Service was awesome, lots of great choices for all sorts of appetites given vegetarians. It is definitely worth stopping in if you are here."
