"On my first trip there, I paid for my food, the counter person had walked away. He came back and took my receipt and threw it away, told me to pay and I told him I had paid. He said it didn’t go through. I didn’t argue and paid again. I checked my checking account and showed him that I had been charged twice. I wasn’t offered anything for the inconvenience, nor any apology. The counter person was trying to return the money to my checking account and couldn’t figure out how they rang me up the first time because the amount I had been charged didn’t match up with my meal (off by less than a dollar) and they were clearly bothered by my asking them to give me that money back. They treated me awful. The atmosphere was dirty, the food was less than mediocre and they treated me like I was burdening them even though I was the only person at the counter, no one behind me. I have not been back since."
"They only had chicken and a beef product that looked like it came from a can of stew. Charged $2.70 for Avo and another $2 for cheese... The rice was old or semi cooked. Staff was friendly. I'll give them another try..."

"Never get receipt when I order online. Don't get My.points even when I order online. Didn't get 2x steak. Waist of my points. Always get lbs of rice n beans, hardly any meat. Got literally 8 pieces of chicken al pastor. Meat never looks like TV ads. Chicken always looks dark. This is what I found in my barbacoa! See photo."
"For the price I pay I would love to actually get what I paid for. Would you pay $12 for this? It isn’t even half full nor has more than three bites of salad! Very disappointed in this order compared to what I normally receive. We eat here 2-3 times a week, app orders to-go, and this is by far the WORST yet. They are always missing something and it is usually a side sauce but this order was extremely sub par."
