"I’ve eaten Taco Bell since the 80’s who ever thought it would be a good idea to put KFC and the bell in the same building must have not thought it through. Every time I go in and order Taco Bell I have to wait behind chicken cooking. It takes 7-10 minutes tops to slam out a text bell order. Save your money here and drive to Odessa Taco Bell on 191 taste better and faster service. This Taco Bell needs a reboot."

"Order a T6 with chicken instead of beef EVERY TIME I come here. They literally never give chicken. Always beef. I'm sitting in the drive-thru right now and asked over the speaker, "what comes in the classic wrap?" The lady said "I don't know." And that was that. It's comical at this point."

"Paid for supreme locos tacos and just got regular locos tacos(no sour cream or tomato’s), my husbands beefy five layer burrito smelled like dog food ? He couldn’t even eat it which is strange considering he ALWAYS orders this from this location with no issue, and my quesadilla is burned and not cut."

"This place is terrible if you want your food in a timely manner. The management is rude and never in a hurry. They take care of their drive through faster than the dine in customers. Not to mention the dashers always waiting inside taking all the tables and being loud."

"We tend to visit this Taco Bell regularly, one a week, although the service is sometimes lacking. Today we ordered our usual, when we got home and opened our food there was a clear liquid on our burritos. We were put off a bit but thought it may be from the tortilla as lately thier food has been sticking to the wrapper. Took a bite and it was immediately clear that it was some kind of cleaning solution on my burrito. The taste immediately made me sick to my stomach and caused me to throw up, now the sour chemical taste is still lingering in my mouth. Also ordered 2 nacho fries but recieved 1 that was KFC fries with no seasoning. Took the food back up there to request a refund and the employees were laughing about it including the manager, which gave us the impression that it was done on purpose. We recived a refund on half our order. We took a picture of the wrapper after I used a napkin to dry it and the burrito off. I had to wipe off the burrito! IDK why I still gave them the benefit of the doubt to take a bite instead of just going back up there. This place was great but has slowly gotten worse and worse. Edit My family wanted to give this place another try....bad idea. Do not order hard tacos here, before pulling out of the drive, they will be soggy and stuck to the paper. I hate this Taco Bell."
