"This store is absolutely PATHETIC! Food is NEVER made correctly they always give you attitude when you ask them to fix your food and when you pull up all you see thru the windows is all the employees on their phone. Our food was cold our fries were like rubber they were so old and if they don't put the entire bottle of mayo on your burger they put nothing on it at all. I don't understand when the standard for customer service was left in the trash. No one cares to do their job correctly, not the employees not the managers not anyone, if you don't want to do the job then go home and don't even bother, like what is the point."
"Terrible for being brand new. They are RUDE, serve cold food in the middle of lunch rush and don’t give your receipts so you can’t complain when they are rude, serve cold food and don’t give you the food you actually paid for! We’ve given enough chances, this time we won’t go back. Plenty of places we can get better burgers! We ordered and paid for Baconators (2 pattys), we were given son of baconator."
"I mean, the service was pretty slow. But overall the food was good. I did notice my patty was considerably smaller than it used to be. I don't know if I'd come here too often due to how busy it gets during lunch time, but not bad."
