"First we weren't greeted or asked what we wanted. So I order my food & then she (Aaliyah) asks "Is that all?" when she sees 2 people. Then she doesn't give me our drinks & proceeds to walk off. There was only like 3 tables being occupied."

"This has been my favorite Whataburger in Lubbock for years, until recently. Repeatedly, early in the morning, we have encountered a window person who needs retraining at the least. The wait times are two or three times longer than previously, and 4 out of 5 times he has gotten the drink size wrong, despite the ticket charging us the larger size we requested. The food was wrong three of those times as well. The gentleman in question is friendly enough, but it is readily apparent that he is easily overwhelmed."

"I'm not sure if i can trust this place. They give me expired apple slices which turned black. Besides, i ordered diet coke for pickup. It didn't taste like coke. It was definitely Dr pepper."

"We had a great experience here this morning. We came on a day when this location had several employees call in sick, but even with only 3 workers, they never seemed stressed, and they remained courteous and kind! I always appreciate how clean this location is. There are several locations in Lubbock, but this one is one of the best. Always consistent and always good food!"
