"Man who was helping me had glasses on. Had to repeat what I was needing constantly. Not to mention him eating while he was talking to me the entire time. Then when he finally stopped, Him and some other woman would yell at each other from one side of the counter towards the other laughing and not paying attention to the long line of customers needing help. When I finally came chance to paying out, as I swiped my card he ran to where she was to "flirt" then eventually came back long after my transaction was finished. The guy with glasses was a red shirt and I think the woman was a grey shirt. I've worked with autozone before as a shift manager and let me tell you. This is not the way things should be ran like an after school sesh. The only reason I have an extra star from 1 is everything from the front counter to the back wall is organized. Still couldn't find exactly what I wanted though so I took my business to next door which they were very professional."
