"Horrible!! The employees could clearly see us standing at the counter but would ignore us. We waited for about 10 mins and no one came to take our order cause they were to busy on their phones. We had to walk out. Also somone at the drive thru knocking on the window to be helped and nothing."

"The workers there were just on their phones. Had turned off most of the lites to make it seemed closed. The food was cold. Patties also had freezer bite. Worst food ever. THE DRINKS BARELY HAD ANY ICE..Rude workers, unfriendly."
"Just paid $18 for two #1s in Alpine TX. Waited 20 minutes for our order that was wrong once we finally got it and one of the burgers was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted. We couldn’t eat it. We would have taken it back, but we have an eight hour drive ahead of us and do t have another 20 minutes to wait. There was one other person in the restaurant and it was early so it wasn’t that they were busy. I wish I could give this no stars."
"Food was decent, banana split was delicious. First time to this location and it was bigger then I expected for a small town joint. Staff was nice, but did have to wait quite a while for my order, roughly 25 minutes."
