"Don't know about the Atmosphere because I didn't eat in but everything that did happen was wonderful. The people at this Whataburger are always on the ball and always interested in what the customer works I could highly recommend them any time."
"I normally love Whataburger, I grew up in Texas eating there regularly. However, my recent attempts to eat there did not work out. First try: attempted to order online but could not process order after multiple tries. I went to a nearby restaurant and the lines were backed up into the street with no options for people dining in to exit. Second try: placed the order and after 20 min another customer let everyone in the restaurant know the power was out in the kitchen and they were getting a refund. Received a refund and tried another Whataburger. Third try: the restaurant was freezing (it was 35 outside), ordering took forever, staff was not familiar with the system. Ended up eating in the car, was much warmer. Burger meat was cold, the bun was stale but the veggies seemed fresh. I may try again next time I'm in Texas, but it's certainly not the experience I grew up with."
"Asked for 2 honey butter chicken biscuit with the jalapeno cheddar biscuit in place of the regular biscuit. Very normal thing I've always done, and other locations never ask questions. She asked if I wanted it on the side. I didn't even bother trying to explain it to her. Then we got our meals and both had hardly any sauce, chicken was hard, and hashbrowns had no potato left. Was just a solid fried block."
"The order is almost always wrong and the food takes so long every time. The location is extremely poor as well, it takes forever to get out of the parking lot every time I go. I'll definitely stick with any other Whataburger location moving forward."
"The food was severely disappointing. The BBQ chicken sandwich tasted old. I also bought the large chili cheese fries, and they didn't add cheese or chili. I do not recommend eating here. I wasted money on this establishment, along with the rude customer service. Half of them looked at me even though they were missing stuff on my order. I tried calling for assistance, and the best I got was a stare of annoyance. The best whataburger establishment I can recommend would be the one on I-20 by bushes. better customer service and fresh food"
