"I called for a pizza at 9pm and I received a message it would be delivered an hour later. After an hour an a half it was still not delivered. I called back and was hung up on. I waited 20 minutes after that and called again. The pizza hut operator called the restaurant directly and had me on hold while I drove to the restaurant. When they finally answered I asked the guy on the phone to remake my pizza and I'll pick it up myself while it's hot. He told me no. When I arrived I asked for a fresh pizza he informed me he was going to call the cops. I said ok call the cops. I then sat down at a table. The cops showed up and I took home a cold pizza and an unfinished order. The cops didn't arrest me but they asked him for his driver's license. His license is expired. Yet he still needs to drive home. Hmmmmm"

"I worked there as a driver for a short time to pick up some extra tip money. The situation with the phones is because the call center usually picks up on it. The food is terrific, the staff is great but we were at the mercy of having to transition to a new tracking system which not only inhibited the drivers but also assigned a lot of the runs to aggregators (IE Doordash). I no longer work there but I feel that some of the bad reviews below are unfair critiques of disgruntled people not knowing the inner workings of not only the store but also the franchise. The food is fantastic and the delivery service is superb! The Manager Lisa De Luna is the best and works very hard to make sure that the customers are not only satisfied but HAPPY!"

"Not sure if they are short staffed or not, but it took 45 minutes to get a drink while sitting inside to eat. If they're short staffed, they should probably close the building to focus on just take out/online orders until fully staffed. I understand things happen, but things could also be resolved. Food was good as always."
