"I ordered a drink and I told them I wanted something sweet. Well I ordered an oat milk latte. I went back and politely asked for sugar cause I didn’t know it wasn’t sweet and tasted bitter and no flavor. This girl gave me an attitude and looked at me and said yeah well that’s because that’s not a sweet drink. And I told her oh I didn’t know. So I asked if I can just have some sugar packets or just a little bit of sugar. She gave me an ugly look and proceeded to charge something in her tablet. I then told her I don’t need a new drink I just ask for a little bit of sugar please. She then gave me a cup with very little sugar with a big attitude. She just stared at me down and was so rude. I regretted ever given them a tip. In witch I always do out of kindness even when aren’t talkative with me. Last time I go to this place. Not giving them any of my business after this!!! These employees asct like they own the place!!"

"I know, I know... it took me forever to try Dutch Brothers since I've always gone to the mermaid. So, I finally gave in.... Went to our local location... We were met with the very sweetest server... She was not only pleasant but personable. I let her know I was new to Dutch Brothers and wasn't super sure what I wanted.... Just knew I wanted something carmel. We decided on a snickers freeze with extra carmel. I took one sip and couldn't believe the flavor! This drink was delicious! I loved it! I will definitely be back... wowsers! Why aren't these on every corner haha! Definitely give it a try if you haven't already! Super delish!"
