"This isn't the prettiest picture but this sure is some darn good brisket. Moist and tender, even after having to wait 8 hours to eat it. They say the sauce is boss and their BBQ sauce is Boss. Can't say whether it is made in house or not, but I can visit them again and find out. Brisket tacos were great as well. Will definitely be going back for pulled pork, sausage and chicken. Check their hours as they close during the afternoon. Summer hours in the P.M. are from 4-8 P.M. If you're in Hobbs and looking for good BBQ, this place is it. Worth the 30 minute drive."

"I ordered the brisket tacos and they were awesome!!! The owner came out and introduced himself, very nice guy. I would highly recommend stopping by for some great Texas BBQ if you're in the area."
