"Took forever to get our food we found out from the waitress that they had to redo my husband's chicken fried steak because he wanted gravy on the side my omelettes was almost cold. Food service needs to be faster and the food needs to taste better."
"My husband and I had breakfast about 9:45 on 2/8/24. Our experience was excellent! The restaurant was very clean (not one dirty table) The staff & trainees were very friendly & professional! The food was delicious and perfect temperature! I had the breakfast sampler & my husband had the eggs Benedict with the bacon…. Perfect!! Thank you all so much! Marci"
"I freaking hate this place ! I only have gone a couple of times and the service is trash. I went on Sunday morning asked for a to go order two pancakes and some egg for my daughter & they took forever. 50 min past by and we asked them what’s going on .. by this time the people that went in to dine in at the same time I went in for my to go order were already leaving. There was one older lady that helped me and was very sweet but the other girls were so freaking rude and only started being nice up until I asked for a manager. I can’t even tell you if the food was good or not because we ended up canceling the order."
"We come here a lot and tonight was the night that made me come leave a review. We arrived in the parking lot at 9:06 we were sat at 9:20 by a lady with glasses and a bun. We then waited for 30 minutes (I watched the time from 9:24 until almost 10) until I had to flag the lady who sat us down and tell her we were waiting for 30 minutes and no one had even taken our drink order yet and she asked what we wanted. She then had this sweet older man wait our table. Everything was fine until I got my food. My omelet had a hair in it. So I had to flag down another waitress and tell her. She apologized and had it remade. Our waiter was awesome! He was by no means the problem but having to wait for 30 min to even get a drink and assigned a waiter and to receive food is ridiculous. To make the matter even better I’m pretty sure the lady who sat us was the manager cause every employee that came in was asking her where they were assigned for the night. Terrible experience."
