"Got 2 of my burgers wrong. After a year I no longer go here for anything as they gotten worse. Not a place I would return no more. Need to do better. They're good is not quality as it taste either grease or sitting there too long. Nothing changed in fresh foods. Bad quality."

"Went for a soda tonight and MOST of the time the carhops are great but tonight the girl that brought my drink ALMOST charged me $5 for a large soda. I had given her a $20 and after going inside for change she brought back 3 five-dollar bills. The soda only cost $3.13. Now normally I tip a dollar or more depending on the total of the order. I know carhops WORK HARD because I used to be one in Plainview many many many years ago. But her trying to 'PULL A FAST ONE' ticked me off. So she got NOTHING!! NO TIP FOR LITTLE MISS CHEATER!!! And I'll REMEMBER HER too. SHAME on you MISS CHEATER!!"

"May 2, 2023. My husband and I were picking up a delivery order for doordash. The store associate notified us that they were not taking orders but then hung up immediately and didn't give us a chance to tell him that the order was for a delivery. We pushed the button again and had to interrupt him and rush to tell him that we were picking up delivery not ordering for ourselves. He told us he'd check back in with us in a moment. He did not. We pushed the button again 10 min later. He answered and told us they would be sending it out soon. 5 min later we got the order and when we tried saying thank you the girl just ran off. The car next us was having the same issue with being cut off by the guy and he hung up on her as well. With out even giving her a chance to simply ask a question about her future order she had placed online through her app. So so rude. We can understand if your not able to take orders but it is your responsibility to answer questions to your guests. Hanging up on people is never the right to do. Waiters always want to complain about rude customers, but don't want to check their own attitudes that could be the reason for a customer with a bad attitude."

"The staff was very upbeat and friendly even in the midst of the lunch rush. As far as Sonic’s go the service was definitely above average. The food quality is what you except from a sonic."
