"Been a proud chipotle customer for years, employees are way too disrespectful and when I asked for barb they gave me a bite sized piece. Not only that but had already ignored half the things I said. When I asked for a bite or two more they tried to make me pay for triple meat and when I expressed that wasn’t what I wanted they got extremely disrespectful. Never experienced such horrible service in my life. I literally just ended up leaving instead of paying, and when I made that decision they got even more disrespectful instead of trying to fight the wrong."
"Been out of rice the past 2 times. Basically out of every other ingredient I asked for in my bowl tonight, so I received the gross ingredients that were being scraped up from the bottom of the containers. Asked for chips/queso and was told at the register that there were no chips. And the rice was undercooked anyways. Lovely."
"Every time I come in I am welcomed by the rudest employees, especially the girls are always really mean for no reason. Even before leaving a tip they are already giving you an attitude. I come to this place at least 3 times a week and my portions are always so small like more juice than actual food. I always ask for chips or any other extra item, I pay for it and still when I open the bag they are never there."
"We always come to this location due to living close to it and on this visit I was disappointed.. we usually get good portion sizes when we get our food this time the took a scoop and put some back. They gave us half of everything this time… for $26 we basically paid for a kids meal and ven my burrito was small.. (On the picture she barely took a chip and scooped food that’s how much it took out with one chip)"
"Normally I don’t like to eat out at chain restaurants when I’m traveling, but chipotle is the one exception, and for good reason. They consistently nail your order! This location is no exception. They are fast, clean, nice, and the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend."
