"They need to hire people with a friendly attitude. Food is OK nothing special but when you tell the workers thank you when you receive you order the young kids working there don't say anything. Managers need to stress the importance of friendly attitude because there business depends on it."
"Big compliment for Trey -- I brought my Daddy to McDonald's for a Big Breakfast on Friday morning. He could not decide between Sausage or Bacon. Memory Care Issues. So, Trey said he could have one of each, helpfully and friendly-style. Then when Trey brought the Big Breakfast to the Table, he had given two Sausages + two Bacons to my Daddy. And, then he kept on checking on his Coffee -- to make sure it stayed topped off!!! My Daddy & I had the greatest Big Breakfast together, with all sorts of attentions given Daddy by Trey. ❤️"
"Very fast as usual, just don't like the self-serve kiosks, I like to have human interaction. If you as me all they do is make the workers less friendly and the experience not memorable. I remember when they use to have hostesses and 4-5 cashier's every one smiling, it was McDonald's!!!!! A place we look forward to visiting. Now I just see it a cheap place for food , I'm treated as a number on my receipt and the ice cream machine is a 50/50 chance it's working. It's bad when you and your buddies are betting money on the icecream machine is working or not"
"We got up to the drive thru w 10 min left, I ordered my meal w no response so I pulled up to the window. There 3 cars ahead of me. The window opened and I was told you were closed. Not only was this girl rude but not even an apology. I ALWAYS choose this location because I get great service in the morning but this was just down right laziness! I told this girl there was 10 min and here response again was were closed! Not good customer service at all! Do better!"
"Not at all clean and asked a staff member to clean a table and she said she would be right back and never came back. No staff at the front counter or staff any where helping customers. Dirty diaper left on the floor. Many many other complaints, but I’ll leave it at this"
