"This was my first time eating here. I do recommend you try it out if you've not been. I had the BBQ plate with sliced brisket and sausage with fried okra and Mac & cheese along with the ultimate margarita. The food was good! I remembered to take the picture after I was almost done with the meal. The margarita was ok. I have had better. A friend had some wine and said it was great!"
"I can't believe we're just learning about this place. It's absolutely beautiful! That this is in the Texas south plains area, Lubbock is unbelievable. You totally forget that you're in a flat plain area. The food was delicious! I had the trout, and my husband had the Angus steak. You could eat inside or out with the peacocks near the beautiful flowing stream of the Spirit Ranch. We'll definitely go back!"
"Great friendly staff, also food is relatively inexpensive for the arrangement they have that far out of Lubbock. The outside patio looks great with peacocks, water body, live music but lots of flies stemming from a big area of bird poop which was unattended. So we requested to be seated inside. Servers courteous but seemed over worked - manager and owner please pay attention. Ordered a medium-rare NY Strip which seemed sort of medium-rare more rare but might have been frozen. I say that because it was chewy and hurt my throat with every gulp. They graciously replaced it with a grilled chicken breast which tasted fine, nice spices. Beer bottle had rust near it's mouth, was given a glass, upon request, to mitigate it. Will give it another try to experience them at their best possibly. Once is not always enough."
