"I’m gonna keep this short. I was sitting at the drive-thru and I watched the kid cutting my food start absolutely devouring the chicken with his gloves on. It was finger in mouth devouring. Not only that, but they didn’t put my sandwich in my bag. So when I told them, they sent the kid to get the sandwich he had made while munching down on the same chicken he had made my sandwich with. I refused it and asked for a refund which they granted."
"I went in 30 min before closing time. Ordered the chopped brisket sandwich. Meat was ok, but bun was so dry it was almost uneatable! Must have been setting out for two or three days! Really disappointed."
