Not only did he actually ANSWER HIS PHONE, but got out to us that same day. He managed to disconect the faulty motor and get the system into manual mode. With a little pushing, tweekin, shoving and swearing he got it all the way back in and locked down. He was beyond awesome."
"On the road, and in an unfamiliar area, it's never fun to have an issue with your RV. Unfortunately, we did, and Matt took great care of us, and got to us quickly; identified the problem, and was apologetic about not having a $25 part that he usually always has, and directed us to someplace 10 minutes away to pick it up (it was an easy DIY fix). He encouraged us to call him if we had any other questions, we did end up having to call him and he helped us over the phone. What a blessing he was! Thanks Matt!"
