"Stopped on way to Palo Duro from CapRock Canyon. Amazing breakfast! Burrito was huge and delicious! People and server was super friendly! They are open until 8pm on weekends!! You can drive here for dinner if needed from the canyon campsite (if not cooking). Small place across from gas station so def stop!!! Thanks for the Amarillo suggestions while we were there too!
