"Don't order for delivery. They use doordash now. You'll get notifications that a Doordasher will pick up your food, only for them to cancel the delivery 20 minutes after delivery ETA. They'll still deliver, but it's extremely off-putting to get these notifications and no follow-up."

"Placed an order for delivery. Never got here and I called about 20 times before my husband had to get dressed to go down there. We never order out and we did today because we both had hectic days. This just added to it. As I’m writing this, my husband is on the way to cancel the order and go somewhere else. It wouldn’t be so bad if they would have atleast answered the phone to give us an update. Horrible service. Order from Marco’s pizza or dominos."

"The 98th & Indiana store is where I would pick up pizza for weekend lunch with my elderly mom. They always made sure it was made JUST the way my mom wanted. My mom is gone now, but I have just moved nearby and this will be my store for both pickup and delivery. They NEVER disappoint!!"

"This is the second time that they have ruined my meal. I live exactly 1.3 miles from their location. I received a text saying that my order was out for delivery, 45 minutes later it arrived cold and apparently flipped over to the point where the sauce was on the top side of the box. The pictures show how it arrived. The box appears to have been dropped and it's apparent by the creases on top of the box and the seal tag was unsealed. I am Certain they will not apologize or do anything about it. The last time they had my order take forever to get to me they promised a free Pizza next time, well that never happened either. I suppose I will take my business elsewhere since they don't give a Hoot about doing the Right thing! I've submitted pictures to prove my point."
