"I was promised a $15 Dollar credit and the management failed to put it in the system. Spoke with the general manager today named Russ and he said “It doesn’t matter what happen, if it’s not in the computer he can’t do anything”. The assumption that I was lying about them giving my order away and then to get home to my order being incorrect. This location is trash! This is not the only time they have messed up on my order either! Save your time and money!"
"One of the best pizza huts I have ever been to. Great pizza fresh hot and juicy! Great employees with a smile ready to help and serve. I have been getting pizza hut for 30 years and it used to be a weekly thing. I'll never go anywhere else!"
"My experience at 19th St. Pizza Hut was definitely a unique one. The service was on point along with a great price. However, the uniqueness comes by way of the store not being able to provide iced drinks along with not being able to provide inside customers with regular utensils such as plates, forks, cups, etc. Barring those items, we had a pleasant experience."
"I want to applaud Charles on the Pizza Hut on 19th in Lubbock he went out of his way and was very professional to us he deserves a raise. Listening to him answer the phone and greet people that’s how it should be I would make him a manager that travels to go train people because this guy has his stuff down. I always order in Lubbock at the martin Luther king drive and it’s always bad but no not this time we will definitely be back that’s for sure glad we went to the one on 19th.He had plates and sauces in bag all organized don’t lose this guy y’all better keep him."
