"This is the second time in a three month span that I have a canceled order either by phone or online. The manager doesn’t bother to call they just cancel it. The first time I spoke to the manager named Loretta, The excuse was that I ordered 40 minutes till closing time and the oven was turned off. The second encounter was a phone order. I waited an hour and 10 minutes. I called again and the person I spoke with said the order was canceled with no notice. Management didn’t bother to call and inform. The food at Pizza Hut is great however the service is a 1 star."

"Really nice Pizza Hut with really nice people working here. The pizza was very good. Try the Italian Sausage, Bacon, and Jalapeno. Very good. I had it on thin crust, well done. Delicious. The only critique I have was the garden salad and blue cheese dressing. Poured that salad right out of a bag. Dressing was nasty."
