"U get old pizza that's been reheated. Little ceasers quality has gone way down"
"I went in last night and asked for a Classic pizza with ham. I paid and sat down to wait. After about 6 minutes I was told there was a pepperoni and ham pizza ready for me. I told them that I did not order pepperoni and the cashier said that I did. I said that I did not order pepperoni and she got pissed at me and argued with me. I told her that that location is always screwing up my orders and she told me to go somewhere else. I told her to watch how she spoke to me and she said she will speak to me anyway she wants! I demanded my refund and went somewhere else! Better watch what you wish for! I will never go to that location again even though it is only 3 blocks from my house. I went witha different company instead. I can't believe you let employees talk to customers like that!"
"I had the worst experience ever! I ordered my pizza online. Went to pick it up when it was supposed to be ready. It took an over an hour to get my pizzas. They gave it to the wrong customers twice. When I did get my pizzas one was cold and one was burnt. While I waited people were coming in ordering pizza and getting theirs before I got mine. This is ridiculous!! Poor management and poorly trained staff. I will not be back to this location!"
"Ordered over the phone came in thought my order was right. No, I drive all the way home and pizza was wrong. Tried to call twice and was hung up on. Drive 3 miles to correct my pizzas. Asked for management and got no name. Just the corrección of my order. I am very unhappy customer."
